高岭土碱热活化机理与4A沸石的水热合成

摘    要:本文以碱热活化的高岭土为原料合成4A沸石。通过XRD、DSCI、R2、7Al MAS NMR等物化表征研究高岭土碱热活化机理。结果表明:在高岭土碱热活化过程中,碱起到矿化剂作用,碱活化了伴生惰性矿物石英,碱促进煅烧高岭土中六配位铝转变为活性四配位铝,碱促进硅铝聚合态向具有β笼结构的方钠石和高活性的偏硅酸钠的转变。高岭土和伴生结晶态石英最佳活化条件是n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3)为1,煅烧温度为600℃,保温2h。与热活化法相比,采用碱热活化法,高岭土的活化温度降低150℃-200℃,结晶态石英活化温度降低到600℃,Al3+主要以活性四配位铝形式存在。以碱热活化高岭土为原料水热合成4A沸石,4A沸石的成核期缩短,晶化速率加快。
