宽带放大电路设计

摘    要:宽带放大器是上限工作频率与下限工作频率之比远大于1的放大电路。这类电路主要用于对视频信号、脉冲信号或射频信号的放大。本设计以低噪声放大器OPA820为核心,5V单电源供电,设计并制作了带宽为10MHz的宽带放大器。整个系统增益可达45dB,最大输出电压峰峰值为10V左右,设计采用科学,合理的排版方式,避免了宽带放大器的自激影响,保证整个系统工作可靠、稳定。

Abstract:Broadband amplifier is such an amplification circuit that the ratio of upper limit frequency and lower limit frequency is much more than 1. Such circuits are mainly used for the amplification of video signal, pulse signal, or RF signal. The present design uses low noise amplifier OPA820 as the core and adopts 5V single power supply to realize a broadband amplifier with 10MHz bandwidth. The entire system gain is up to 45dB, the maximum peak output voltage is 10V. The design uses scientific and rational way of typesetting and avoids self-excitation influence from the broadband amplifier. So it ensures the reliability and stability of the whole system.
