院内网在护理管理信息沟通中的应用

自2013年建立自主开发的护理管理信息系统进行信息下载、上传和实时沟通。通过护士长问卷调查,对比2012年未应用院内网同期的沟通效果评价及护理质量达标情况,发现护理管理信息院内网沟通效果、共享效果显著,应用前后对比差异具有显著性（P〈0.01）;分级护理质量、普通病区管理质量、患者满意度前后对比差异具有显著性（P〈0.01）。证实了利用局域网进行护理信息沟通可保障信息传递的及时性、准确性和连贯性,提高沟通效率,从而提高护理质量及患者满意度。

Application of Nosocomial Network in Nursing Management Information Communication

Since 2013, a self-developed nursing management information system for information uploading, downloading and real time communication is established. By the questionnaire from senior nurse officers, and compared with 2012＇s communication effect evaluation and the up to standard situation of the nursing, when the network was not used, it is found that the communication effect and the sharing effect of the nosocomial nursing management information are obvious, and the comparison difference before and after the application of the network is significant （P〈0.01）; furthermore the comparison difference of the graded nursing quality, the management quality of general ward, and the patients＇ satisfaction before and after the application of the network is significant （P〈0.01）. These show that the use of LAN for nursing information communication can ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and consistency of information transfer, improve communication efficiency, thereby improving the quality of care and patients＇ satisfaction.
