摘    要:以有限元数值分析为手段,以堆石坝面板在施工期和蓄水期的应力变形为研究对象,对混凝土面板的配筋方式进行了分析,对传统的面板中部单层配筋方式提出了质疑。将混凝土处理成低抗拉材料,钢筋看成理想弹塑性材料,坝体看成完全弹性材料,对3种不同工况下面板的挠度、荷载以及破坏情况进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,在面板未发生破坏之前,配筋率的大小并不改变面板的刚度,配筋只在面板产生破坏之后才发挥作用。鉴于堆石坝面板弯曲方向的不确定性,推荐在工程中采用双层配筋方式。

Abstract:By using of FEM technique the stress and deformation are analyzed for concrete face of rockfill dam during its construction period and during its impoundment period, and the reinforcement ways of concrete slab is also studied. The doubt is made on the traditional single layer reinforcement in the middle part of concrete face slab. In analysis, concrete is taken as low tensional material, steel bar as perfect elastic-plastic material and dam as elastic material. The flexibility, reaction load and cracking of concrete face under three conditions are all analyzed and compared. The results showed that when concrete face of rockfill dam does not damaged, its rigidity does not change with the increasing area ratio of rebar intersection to concrete face intersection. The steel reinforcement takes into effect only after the concrete cracked. According to uncertainty of flexibility orientation of concrete face, the way of double-layer steel bar is recommended in the project.
