糠醛废水综合治理技术

摘    要:开发了电渗析处理糠醛废水回收乙酸的新方法。糠醛废水中含1%~2.5%的乙酸,通过电渗析分离,可回收浓度为20%左右的乙酸,外排废水中含乙酸<0.02%,达到安全排放或回收利用的目的。粗乙酸经萃取、精馏制得工业一级乙酸。此方法已工业应用。

Comprehensive Treatment of Furfural Wastewater
Abstract:o eliminate pollution and control water quality,a new method of recovering acetic acid from furfural wastewater containing 1%~2.5% acetic acid by electrodialysis has been developed.In the electrodialysis operation, concentration of recovered acetic acid reaches about 20%, and disposed wastewater containing <002% acetic acid can be drained safely or reused.Furthermore,industrial first class acetic acid has been produced by means of extraction and distillation.This technology of electrodialysis extraction distillation for the comprehensive treatment of furfural wastewater has been used in industry.
