改善烧结圆筒混合机制粒工艺参数的研究

以目前广泛应用的板卧式电除尘器和火花自动跟踪高压供电装置为研究对象，研究电除尘器的运行特性，通过分析高压系统故障的可能原因和表现形式，建立了高压系统主要常见故障的仿真数学模型，在电除尘器仿真机上进行调试和运行，得了与实际相符的运行结果。

INVESTIGATION ON IMPROVING TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF GRANULATION IN DRUM MIXER DURING SINTERING

This paper gives an investigation on the particle movement state in drum mixer and the granulating efficiency during the granulation of sinter raw mixture in iron ore sintering processes. The results show that the particle movement state of raw mixture may be divided into slip,rolling and cataract motion,and the optimum granulating condition is on the region of rolling motion tending to cataract motion. The filling ratio and Froude number,the main operation parameters of drum mixer effecting on the granulating efficiency,have an optimum value. The drum diameter has no effect on these optimum values,but the absolute values of granulating indices increase as the drum diameter increases.
