大陆科学深钻井下参数测试系统的进一步研究

摘    要:井内测斜及井内压力、温度等参数的测试是中国大陆科学深钻工程中极为重要的工作,文章结合中国大陆科学钻探预研项目,对井下仪器设计的技术难点进行了研究,分析了科钻深井的井斜角、井内温度和压力等参数的测试环境和进行参数测试的重要性;运用随钻测量方法和井底贮存信息、地表回放的测试方案,研究设计了配套绳索取芯打捞矛的井内参数测试系统,该系统在初次研制测试系统的基础上,采用高性能、低功耗芯片,工作稳定,能随打捞矛的打捞全程进行孔内顶角、温度、压力等参数的测试。

Abstract:The testing of the pressure, temperature and inclination is very critical in China Continental Scientific Drilling (CCSD). Combined with the pre researched project of CCSD, this paper studies the technical difficulties of designing the down hole instrument, analyses the testing circumstances and expounds the significance of the testing of these parameters. Using the method of Measuring While Drilling and the testing means of storing the information in the down hole and playing it back on the surface, we develop the measure system that measures the parameters in the hole cooperating with the wire line coring. The system based on the first system can work stably with using high performance, low energy consuming chip, and can measure the parameters of the vertex angle, temperature and pressure in the course of the salvaging lance's working.
