发动机可变进气门相位的确定及优化

摘    要:理想的可变配气相位机构需要灵活的调节进排气门开闭的时间,同时调节行程的大小,对进气量、进气流速、残余废气系数进行控制,最终改善燃烧过程,提高发动机综合性能。而发动机进气门处压力对发动机充气效率有决定性的影响,它与气缸内的压力、进气门流通面积共同决定了发动机的充气效率。笔者对进气门处压力进行了计算分析.对可变进气门相位进行了确定及优化。

Abstract:An ideal variable phase of valve distribution need flexible time for adjusting open and close of intake and exhaust valve to adjust displacement, control amount of air input, air flow speed and residual waste gas coefficient, finally to improve combustion process and engine performances. The pressure on intake valve, which affects decisively charging efficiency of engine, pressure in cylinder and flow area on intake valve together determine the charging efficiency of engine. This paper calculates and analyzes pressure on intake valve and confirms and optimizes variable intake valve phase.
