蒸汽凝结水回收系统改造

摘    要:介绍了中国石油化工股份公司西安石化分公司凝结水回收系统运行存在的问题,分析了原因,提出改造措施:蒸汽输送管网优化改造,增加分汽稳压站;调整疏水设备后的凝结水流向;装置仪表伴热增加疏水器;调整凝结水自动回收泵的动力;调整凝结水回收管道连接方式;增加凝结水与软水的换热系统等。取得了良好效果,多回收凝结水11t/h,回收率从28%提高到60%,节能减排效果显著。

Abstract:Some problems arose in the operation of condensate water recovery system in SINOPEC Xi' an Petrochemical Company. The causes were studied and the following measures were recommended: revamping of steam pipe networks and addition of steam sub-station, adjustment of flow direction of condensate water after steam trap, installation of steam traps for instrument steam tracing, adjustment of driving of condensate recovery pumps and connection of condensate pipeline and addition of heat exchanging system between condensate water and soft water. Some of these measures have been implemented and good results have been achieved, such as additional 11 tons of condensate water is recovered per hour and recovery rate is increased to 60% from 28%. Energy saving and emission reduction are significant.
