水包油钻井液国内研究应用进展

摘    要:对目前适合于深井欠平衡钻井作业的3类钻井液体系进行综合分析,从抗油、抗水侵能力、成本等角度出发,得出使用水包油钻井液体系最为合适,其配制方法简单,不需配备复杂设备,抗温能力强,流动性好,滤失量低,稳定井壁能力较强,抗水油侵能力强,润滑作用好,对储层伤害小,不影响电测和核磁测井,对环境污染小。文中对水包油钻井液体系的应用范围和基本组成,其乳状液的稳定机理,以及该体系的乳化剂使用特点进行了介绍,论述了近年来国内对该钻井液体系的研究应用现状,简要阐述了其可能的发展趋势。

Abstract:Through comprehensive analysis of three types of drilling fluids that are fit for the underbalenced drilling in deep well,the conclusion is abtained that oil-in-water drilling fluids is the best appropriate system from the capacity of anti-oil and anti-water cut and cost.It has the following advantages,that is easy to formulate and doesn't need complicated equipment,the capacity of temperature resistance is better,the flowability is good,the filter loss is small with a good borehole wall stability,the capability of anti-oil and anti-water cut is strong,the lubricity is better with little damage to pay zone,no influence to the electric log and nuclear magnetic log and has small pollution to the environment.This paper also introduced the application range and basic constituents of the system of oil-in-water drilling fluids,the stability mechanism of the emulsion and the applied features of the emulsifier.It also discussed the domestic application condition of the system in the last few years and explained its possible development trend.
