蒸发式冷凝器风机变频调速节能分析

摘    要:冷凝器的能耗是冷库制冷系统能耗的重要组成部分,其中风机的能耗又占据冷凝器能耗的很大一部分。本文分析了风机变频技术在蒸发式冷凝器风机中的应用现状,并对厦门市一制冷装置进行实例研究。结果显示,若该厂冷凝器风机采用变频调速技术,每年运行费减少约3.85万元,且投资回收期小于2个月。

Abstract:The energy consumption of condenser is an important component of cold storage refrigeration system, in which the fan energy consumption accounts for a significant portion. This paper analyzes the application of fan frequency conversion technology in evaporative condenser, and conducts a case study to a refrigeration plant in Xiamen City. The results showed that the annual operating costs will be reduced by about 38,500 Yuan, and the payback period will be less than two months if the frequency control technology is adopted by the condenser fan.
