摘    要:针对配电线损评估,以及在降损策略中应用所存在的问题,提出一种配电网线损的概率评估方法,并应用于降损策略的分析。该方法针对配电网线损概率评估缺乏实时运行数据的问题,首先根据配电线路负荷的特点将其分类,并设定每类负荷的功率特征曲线,然后按照各负荷的实际供电量进行负荷匹配,获取各负荷自身的功率曲线,进而利用典型日配电线路首端负荷曲线,采用匹配潮流法校正得到所有配电负荷的等效运行曲线。在此基础上,考虑负荷波动的概率分布函数,借助蒙特卡罗模拟技术,从而获取配电线路的线损率分布特征,为降损策略提供决策依据。以山东某地区10 kV配电线路的实测数据验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:To solve existing problems for evaluation of distribution line loss and the related improvement measurement, this paper presents a probabilistic algorithm, which is used to evaluate the loss reduction strategy. In view of lack of real-time data about distribution network, firstly, the distribution loads are classified by their characteristics, and the same class loads have similar power curve. The loads obtained are assigned by power curve and energy supply. Then, all of load data are revised by matching power flow and data under typical data. Based on above-mentioned, the mathematic distribution character of line loss with load fluctuation is calculated by Monte Carlo simulation method, which is the basis for evaluation of loss reduction. The validity and efficiency of the proposed method is testified by real-time data of 10 kV distribution line at somewhere in Shandong Province.
