电力特种光缆的定额储备方法

摘    要:电力特种光缆(OPGW)占主网光缆应用的90%。OPGW运维管理水平直接影响电网安全稳定,OPGW缺陷处理需要有相应的光缆备品,然而OPGW储备的数量又影响了保障概率和投资有效性。通过对某电网光通信网络的OPGW历史运行故障数据进行统计分析得到OPGW故障概率的估计与相应的故障分布函数,并由故障分布函数与保障概率相比较来确定OPGW备品定额的数量。该方法有助于实现OPGW备品的合理定额,有助于节约投资,提高运维管理水平。

Abstract:Special power optical cable OPGW accounted for 90% applications of main network optical cable. OPGW directly affect the operation and maintenance management level security and stability,OPGW defect treatment needs to have the appropriate cable spare,but also affect the number of OPGW the operation threshold probability and investment protection effectiveness. Through the statistical analysis of Guangdong Power Grid fault data of OPGW history,this article mainly analysis the probability of failure OPGW with corresponding fault distribution function,and protection by the failure probability distribution function is compared to determine the number of fixed OPGW spare. This approach helps to achieve a reasonable fixed OPGW spare,save investment,improve operation and maintenance management.
