超声加工中变幅杆的动力学分析

摘    要:运用ANSYS软件动力学分析中的模态分析和谐响应分析方法,研究了超声加工中变幅杆的动态性能。找出变幅杆的固有频率,并在变幅杆达到谐振状态的条件下,求出自由端面的振幅,由此得到变幅杆的振幅放大比,为超声加工中变幅杆的设计提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:In the paper, finite element method is used to carry out the dynamic analysis for horns used in ultrasonic machining. Dynamic analysis includes model analysis and harmonic response analysis. By the model analysis, natural frequencies of the horn are obtained within the range of excitation frequency of ultrasonic transducer. By the harmonic response analysis, the displacement of the free end of the horn is obtained. Therefore, the amplification factor of the horn can be calculated. The primary investigation shows that finite element method is an effective method for designing the horns with a better profile.
