| 摘 要： | 近几年在煤矿特别重大事故中出现了一个新特点,即许多特别重大事故发生后,由于矿井应急救援能力薄弱,造成事故危害和灾害范围进一步扩大。利用模糊综合评价法对矿井火灾应急救援能力进行综合评价,从而确定矿井火灾应急救援能力,了解应急救援中存在的问题,使矿井发生火灾后能及时启动应急救援预案,尽可能保护员工的生命安全,以减少事故损失。
