飞行时间质谱在转炉炉气分析中的应用

摘    要:将飞行时间质谱在线分析技术用于莱钢4号转炉,通过在线监测转炉炉气的成分,指导转炉生产过程。介绍了飞行时间质谱仪的工作原理及性能特点、莱钢4号转炉应用的飞行时间质谱炉气在线分析系统的组成、安装布局及其同其他生产设备问的相互衔接,以及在现场达到的性能指标。分析多炉次的炉气曲线和生产工艺间的相关性表明,炉气分析系统在及时预报氧枪漏水、有效减少补吹次数和提高经验炼钢命中率方面,对转炉生产起到了重要的作用。

Abstract:For on-line monitoring the composition of converter gas during blowing, the onrline gas analysis technique based-on time-of-flight mass spectrometer was applied to No. 4 converter at Laigang China to instruct converter production. The operating principle and performance of time-of-flight mass spectrometer were introduced. The configuration, layout and connection with other production equipment and performance of on-line gas analysis system based on time-of-flight mass spectrometer on No. 4 converter were described. The correlation between the volume and chemistry of converter gas and operation events for many heats was obtained. The results show that the on-line gas analysis system plays an important role in predicting water leaking of oxygen lance in time, decreasing the backblowing times and increasing the hit-rate in steelmaking process.
