摘    要:对广东珠海金湾发电有限公司4号机组的轴颈修复技术和方法进行了讨论,介绍了采用电容储能微弧焊接技术修复机组转子轴颈损伤缺陷的新工艺方法,该方法利用微弧焊接工艺技术将金属电极材料熔覆在沟槽、垸或磨损面等缺陷部住,以达到消除缺陷、恢复轴颈尺寸的目的。实际应用效果表明,用该方法所得到的补覆层结合强度高、硬度适中、补层组织致密、质量可靠,可以满足机组长期安全运行的要求。

Abstract:The repair technique of Unit 4 journal in Guangdong Zhuhai Jinwan Power Generation Co., Ltd. is discussed. The new method of condenser discharge micro-arc welding introduced to the repair of the damaged journal is described. Defective places such as grooves, pits or worn surfaces are covered with melted metallic electrode material by way of micro- arc welding, so as to eliminate defects and recover the journal size. Practical application results show that the repair cladding obtained by the method is of high combining strength, appropriate hardness, compact repair layer organization and reliable quality, able to meet the needs of long-term safe operation of unit.
