直埋保温管保温厚度的计算与分析

摘    要:通过对现用聚氨聚泡沫直埋保温管保温厚度的分析,提出只有合理确定保温层厚度,才能提高综合经济效益。推荐采用经济保温层厚度计算法,从合理确定保温管散热损失费和保温工程投资两方面,推导出最佳保温层的厚度计算公式。对该方法和计算结果对比分析后,建议在太原市集中供热工程中应广泛采用保温厚度计算方法。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the insulation thickness of polyurethane foam thermal insulation direct buried pipe author points out that proper insulation thickness can enhance comprehensive economic efficiency. And the computation method of economical thickness is commended. From two aspects as proper heat dissipation lost and the invest of insulation project the computational formula is derived. After the comparison of the computation results option is suggested that this method should be wildly used in heating supply projects in the future.
