| 摘 要： | 拉刀切削性能是拉刀等级评定的重要指标之一,过去因拉刀寿命试验工作困难和不准确性,影响了行业检查评定工作。介绍了拉刀功能试验的方案、评分办法、评分指标等。通过此方案,使拉刀行业监督检查这一环节变得实际可行。

| Abstract: | Cutting performance of broach is one of the important targets for broach grade evaluation. For difficult making of broach service life experiment and not accurate test which affects the professional check and evaluation. This paper introduces broach functional test plan, marking and marking standard by which makes professional supervision and inspection to be practically viable. |
