| 摘 要： | 采用塑料波纹管作为预应力管道是配套真空辅助压浆技术的技术措施。在介绍杭州湾跨海大桥X合同50m箱梁预应力管道摩阻试验、锚具摩阻试验方案和方法的基础上，对测试数据进行了分析、处理，并与设计和施工规范要求进行了对比分析。结合管道摩阻和锚具摩阻产生的原理，总结了塑料波纹管成孔工艺的技术要点。

| Abstract: | The prestressed duet was a technical measure of duet grouting by vacuum method.Thls paper presented frictional resitance test method of prestressed duct and anchor about 50m box girder of the hangzhou bay bridge.By analysisng the data,the actual frictional resistance was obtained and compared with design and construction standard.Through studying the components of the prestressed duct and anchor,the key construction technical point of duct was summarized. |
