摘    要:企业人力资源开发的内部环境,对其开发的广度、深度、成效及成本有着重大影响。内部环境建设和优化,可以从企业文化、发展战略、激励机制、用人机制、管理模式等几个层面和其它所需各种软硬件设施、员工思想文化素质、组织人员的工作经验等因素着手,创造一个有利于人力资源开发和人才脱颖而出的和谐环境。

Abstract:The inner environment of human resources development for enterprises has great influence on its extent, depth,effect and cost.The establishment and optimization of inner environment are involved in the aspects of enterprise culture, development strategy, encourgement mechanism, person-usage mechanism and management model as well as the software and hardware, ideal and cultural makings for staffs and working experiences for the organizers. Optimization of inner environment will create a harmonious environment good for the development of human resources and the talent discovery.
