超临界锅炉高温受热面氧化皮生成与剥离的预防措施

摘    要:文章通过分析襄阳电厂6号锅炉爆管案例,指出由于热偏差和蒸汽的温升速率过快等导致了SG1913/25.4-M957型锅炉过热器及再热器内管壁温度偏高,且内壁氧化皮的剥落及积聚进一步提高了管壁的温度,致使受热面超温爆管。文章从运行方面总结了经验和教训,提出了防止氧化皮生成造成锅炉受热面爆管的具体措施和方案。

Abstract:Based on the tube burst caused by overheat of tube results from tube blockage by scale spalling of superheat of 600MW boiler of unit 6in Xiangyang Power Plant,the scale generation mechanism and spalling mechanism were concluded.The results showed that the high tube temperature of SG1913/25.4-M957boiler super-heater and re-heater were caused by heat deviation and high steam temperature rise rate and the scale spalling and gathering in tube had further advanced the temperature of these tubes at the same time,the over high temperature heating surface eventually occurred.Prevention measures for scale generation in tubes at high temperature heating surface of the boiler are suggested in terms of adjustment of boiler operation.
