| 摘 要： | 发电权交易是指以市场方式实现发电机组、发电厂之间合同电量替代生产的交易行为。本文以节能减排为目的,从替代双方分析了高效率机组替代小火电发电的发电权交易效益,并指出在当前电力市场形势下,发电权交易可以有效提高发电行业的整体能源使用效率、降低各类污染物排放,同时能够实现参与交易的各方共赢。

| Abstract: | Considering the policy of energy conservation and pollution reduction,the paper analyzes the generation rights trade benefits from the both sides through these small power generation units were replaced by high efficient unit.Further,the results indicate that the generation rights trade model can realize the maximum economic benefits in current electric market and improve the overall energy efficiency of power industry and reduce the total pollutant emission. |
