摘    要:文章分析了襄阳电厂600MW机组汽轮机停机时低压胀差大的原因,提出在停机过程中采取降低再热汽温、降低真空、调整轴封温度3种运行对策,采取上述方法后停机时低压胀差均大幅降低,保证了机组的安全稳定停运。

Abstract:The article analysis the reasons that the differential expansion of the low pressure cylinder is above normal when the 600MW units of Xiangyang power plant shut down,proposes three countermeasures for operation,namely reducing reheat steam temperature,lowering the vacuum temperature and adjusting the gland seal temperature during the downtime of the units.After these countermeasures are implemented,the differential expansion of the low pressure cylinder has been greatly reduced, ensuring the safety and stability of the shutdown of the units.
