PTP时钟同步方案研究

摘    要:IEEE 1588 PTP(Precise Time Protocol)同步系统的同步精度虽高,但经济成本较高,并不适用于所有的电力系统同步网络。为了平衡时钟同步精度和经济成本,提出了2种PTPN步方案:分别采用普通交换机和透明交换机作为网络交换设备应用于智能电网的PTP同步系统中,并通过OMNeT++软件进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明方案一同步精度最高只能达到T3等级,但其经济成本较低,适用于时钟同步精度要求不高的子网当中;方案二成本虽高,但其同步精度可达到T5等级,适用于时钟同步等级要求高的子网。

Abstract:Although the clock synchronization accuracy of IEEE 1588 PTP synchronization system is very high, it is not suitable for all time synchronization systems in power grid due to its high economic cost. In order to balance the clock synchronization accuracy and the economic cost, the paper proposes two PTP synchronization schemes, using ordinary switch and transparent switch as network switching equipment respectively in smart grid PTP system, and makes a simulation analysis by means of OMNeT++ software. The simulation results show that, the first scheme, which has low economic cost, is appropriate for the subnet of time synchronizing system with lower precision because of its clock synchronization accuracy of class T3. The second scheme, which has high economic cost, is appropriate for the subnet of high precise time synchronizing system because of its high precision of class T5.
