大型汽轮机暖机方式的分析与探讨

摘    要:汽轮机启动的核心问题是暖机。合理的暖机方式对汽轮机的寿命和安全具有重要意义。国外各汽轮机制造厂根据本企业设计技术、工业试验和运行经验确定不同的暖机方案,国内汽轮机制造厂均沿用引进技术规范。介绍了典型汽轮机暖机方式和启动过程的几个重要问题,分析了各暖机过程的作用和特点以及国外汽轮机厂暖机方案的思路和优点。

Abstract:Warm up is a core problem of steam turbine in start-up processing. A reasonable way to warm up is important for the life and safety of the turbines. Based on the design technology, industrial test and operational experience, each turbine overseas manufacturer determines different warm-up schemes, which is used as technical specifications for domestic turbine manufactures. The paper introduces typical warm-up mode of the turbine and several important issues of in start-up processing, and analyzes the function &characteristics of each warm-up process as well as the design idea & advantages of the warm up schemes proposed by the overseas turbine manufacturers.
