摘    要:分析新钢1050m3高炉2012年5月份后的原燃料现状.通过加强原料管理、优化高炉操作制度、低硅冶炼、优化喷吹配煤结构等管理和技术措施,克服原料品质下降,高炉操作难度大等不利因素,实现了高炉长期顺行,燃料比逐步下降.2013年2月高炉入炉焦比为400 kg/t,煤比142 kg/t.

Low-grade and Economic Smelting Practice of the 1050 m3 BF in Xin-steel

Abstract:This article analyzes the situations of raw materials and fuels for the 1 050m3 BF in Xin -steel after May 2012. By applying the management measures such as strengthening the management of raw materials, optimizing the blast furnace operation system,smelting with low silicon,optimizing the coal structure of coal injection, the unfavorable factors such as raw material quality decreasing, and operation difficulties were overcome. The 1 050m3 BF has achieved a long - term smooth running and reduced fuel ratio gradually. Coke ratio reached 400kg/t and coal ratio reached 142 kg/t in February 2013.
