摘    要:将有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)与SBS改性沥青熔融共混,制备了OMMT/SBS改性沥青。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)分析了OMMT/SBS改性沥青的微观结构。通过长期热氧老化实验研究了OMMT对SBS改性沥青热氧老化行为的影响。XRD分析表明,OMMT/SBS改性沥青形成了剥离型纳米复合结构。热氧老化试验结果显示,OMMT可显著减少SBS改性沥青软化点和粘度的增加,提高其残留延度比和残留针入度比,明显改善了SBS改性沥青耐热氧老化性能。

Abstract:The composites from SBS modified asphalt with organophilic montmorillonite(OMMT) was prepared by melt intercalation,and the microstructure of OMMT/SBS modified asphalt was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Effect of OMMT on the thermal-oxidative aging behavior of SBS modified was investigated by long-term thermal-oxidative experiment.XRD analysis showed that an exfoliated structure was formed in the composite.Result of thermal-oxidative experiment indicated that the increments of softening point and viscosity after aging were significantly depressed by OMMT,and the retention of ductility and penetration were also enhanced by OMMT,which indicated the aging resistance of SBS modified asphalt was greatly improved by OMMT.It might be ascribed the layers of OMMT were dispersed evenly in OMMT/SBS modified asphalt at nanometer-scale,which could effectively obstruct the penetration of oxygen into OMMT/SBS modified asphalt.Therefore,the degradation of SBS and the oxidation of asphalt were efficiently restrained.
