热塑性聚酰亚胺多孔材料制备及表征

摘    要:采用添加造孔剂法制备聚酰亚胺多孔材料,考察造孔剂含量对微孔结构、材料力学和摩擦性能的影响,利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析材料微孔结构和磨损特征。结果表明:造孔剂的加入有效增大孔径,提高含油率,从而改善材料摩擦磨损性能。随着平均孔径增大,其拉伸强度有一定程度的降低。可通过调节造孔剂含量来控制多孔材料的性能。

Abstract:A kind of porous polyamide is prepared by adding the pore forming additive.It is investigated what effect the content of pore forming additive has on the pore structure,mechanical properties and friction performances.The pore structure and the wear of material are analyzed with SEM.The results show that the pore forming additive increases the pore diameter and the percentage of bearing oil so that the friction and wear properties are improved effectively.With average pore diameter increasing,however,the tensile strength decreases in a certain extent.The properties of the porous materials can be controlled by the content of pore forming additive.
