关于机电设备故障诊断与维修一体化的探讨

摘    要:基于机电设备故障诊断与维修课程的一体化教学实践,对一体化模式的"教、学、做"3个环节进行了深入研究,并对故障诊断课程在一体化教学实践中积累的经验和存在的不足进行了详细阐述,提出了推行一体化教学的3点要求:1)树立正确的一体化思想观,"教、学、做"是1件事情,而非3件事情;2)建设完善的一体化教学平台,如一体化大纲、教材、师资团队和实训室等的建设;3)符合校情和院情,一体化模式要体现所在院校及专业的实际情况。

Abstract:Based on the practice of integrated teaching model of the eleetromechanical equipment fault diagnosis and ma- intenance, three links of integrated teaching including teaching, learning and practicing were studied. Moreover, practical experience and problems were discussed and summarized. Three requirements must be held before integrated teaching model is implemented, that is, setting up correct ideological cognition, building perfect integrated teaching platform, conforming to the principle of institute-specific characteristics.
