摘    要:随着时代的进步,我国的工业化进程也在不断被推进,尤其是那些复杂工业,工业的发展关系着我国社会经济的发展,因此要对运行复杂工业的过程进行优化并对其加以控制。本文首先对工业过程的特点进行了分析,并对目前控制复杂工业过程的现状进行了总结,对预测控制模型与整定PID控制器参数的概念和具体内容进行了阐述,对控制工业过程内容的核心与未来将会产生的经济效益进行了讨论,唯有严格控制复杂工业的运行控制,对其进行优化,才能保证其正常运行和长远的发展。

Abstract:With the progress of the times,China's industrialization process has been advanced,especially those complex industry,industrial relationship between the development of China's social and economic development,so the process of complex industrial optimization and to control it. This article first has carried on the analysis to the industrial process,and present situation of control of complex industrial process are summarized,the predictive control model and the concept of tuning PID controller parameters and the specific content is discussed,the core content of industrial process control and the future will produce economic benefits are discussed,operation control only strict control of complex industrial process,carries on the optimization,in order to ensure their normal operation and long-term development.
