融于机械设计教学中的创新设计

摘    要:学生通过课程设计进行自行车创新设计,包括风扇装置和照明装置。动力来自自行车前轮,经传动机构将动力传至风扇,产生风力;另外,传动机构驱动一小型发电机转动,给照明灯供电,提供照明。因此,当自行车在运动时,风扇随之转动,为骑车者提供风力,实现降温目的,并有明显的舒适感,同时照明灯也给骑车者提供照明,特别适用夜间骑车。

Abstract:Bicycle innovation design includes fan device and lighting device. power from the front wheel of bicycle is driven to the fan installed on the front of bicycle by the chain,cone gear device,So as to achieve the recreational cycling purpose of producing wind while cycling. The mechanism can drive the fan by chain transmission,beyond that,it can also drive a small generator installed on the other end of the shaft to light the lamp in front of bicycle. Therefore,the fan rotates when the bicycle in motion,providing wind for the rider to achieve the purpose of cooling,so the rider will feel obvious comfortable. In addition,the lights provide lighting for the rider,the bicycle is suitable for the night ride expecially.
