摘    要:长短桩基础符合低碳环保的结构设计要求,可减少建筑材料用量,因此具有广泛的应用范围。结合某高层建筑工程实例,通过有限元法分析了长短桩基础对底板刚度、变形量和弯矩分布的影响,得到了采用长短桩基础后底板厚度对工程费用影响的关系曲线。为了在实现工程总成本最优化的同时确保设计安全可靠,通过桩基检测试验获得了桩基在荷载作用下的真实性能曲线。结果表明,长短桩基础能够有效地通过缓解底板变形和内力重分布来降低底板厚度和配筋,从而达到结构安全性与经济性的统一。

Abstract:Long-short pile foundation meets the design requirements of low carbon and environmental protection,which resulted in a wide range of applications due to reducing the amount of building materials.By introducing an example of high-rise building in practice,the influence of long-short pile foundation on stiffness,deformation value and bending moment distribution of bottom slab was analyzed by finite element analysis method,and the curve of project cost dependent on bottom slab thickness was obtained by adopting long-short pile foundation.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of design based on the optimization of total project cost,pile foundation test was carried out to gain the real behavior curves of pile under load.The results showed that thickness of bottom slab and reinforcement was effectively reduced by long-short pile foundation through relieving the deformation and internal force re-distribution of bottom slab so as to achieve the unity of safety and economy.
