提高德兴铜矿柴油发动机使用寿命的途径

德兴铜矿采矿生产使用大量大型的运输、推土等设备，生产中出现柴油发动机运行时间短、运行乏力的现象。为提高采矿运输、推土设备柴油发动机的使用寿命，根据生产实际，对矿用卡车和工程机械发动机使用寿命的影响因素进行了分析，提出了提高发动机寿命的综合措施，使发动机大修周期从４０００￣５０００ｈ提高到８０００￣１００００ｈ。

Way to Improve the Service Life of Disel Engines in Dexing Copper Mine

Dexing Copper Mine uses a great number of large hauling and bulldozing equipment in its mining production.There occurred in the production shorter operation time and short of strength operation of the disel engine.In order to lengthen the service life of the disel engines for mining hauling and bulldozing equipment,an analysis was made according the real production on the influencing factors of the engines for mineuse trucks and engineering machinery.As a result,comprehensive measures for improving the engine service life were suggested which have increased the engine overhaul cycle from 4 000 5 000 h to 8 00010 000 h.
