| 摘 要： | 对施工组织设计进行了介绍,分析了施工组织设计编制中存在的缺陷,探讨了施工单位对施工组织设计的认识偏差,指出了业主和监理对施工组织设计不够重视,提出了施工组织设计的改进办法,以更好地发挥施工组织设计在工程施工中的作用。

| Abstract: | The author introduces the construction organization design,analyzes the defects in the compilation of the construction organization design,discusses the cognitive deviation of the construction units to the construction organization design,points out that the owner and the supervisor do not pay attention to the construction organization design,puts forward the improvement methods of the construction organization design,to play the role of the construction organization design in the engineering construction. |
