摘    要:为了防止天然气管道在运行过程中生成水合物堵塞管道,天然气管道在投产时必须彻底脱水干燥。首先介绍了天然气管道投产时常用的脱水干燥方法,然后针对平湖气田至上海的海底输气管道,具体介绍了其脱水干燥作业,其中包括置换方向选择、置换后管道残余水量分析与估算、水合物形成条件分析等。根据设计参数和其它相关数据,预测了管道脱水干燥的效果,提出了一些管道投产的控制参数,为 该管道投产工作提供了依据和技术支持。

Abstract:In order to prevent the gas pipeli ne from being blocked by the hydrates formed in the process of transportation,th e gas pipeline must be thoroughly dewatered and dried out before start up.In th e paper,the commonly dewatering and drying methods before gas pipeline start up are introduced firstly,then,by taking the Pinghu to Shanghai gas pipeline as an example,its dewatering and drying jobs are concretely introduced,which includ es the displacement direction choice,the analysis and estimation of pipeline res idual water after displacement and the analysis of hydrate formation conditions, etc.According to the design parameters and the other relevant data,the pipeline dewatering and drying effects are predicted and some control parameters of pipe line start up are proposed,thus providing the basis and technical support for p ipeline start up.
