醋酸丁酸纤维素的酯化及动力学

摘    要:采用硫酸为催化剂,用正交实验研究了醋酸丁酸纤维素的酯化反应,通过测定其酰基含量分析酯化反应的程度,探讨了酯化反应动力学,并建立了动力学方程。实验得到CAB-381的最佳工艺条件为;10g精制短棉绒恒温括化12h,V(正丁酸):V(乙酐)=5:1,70℃反应1.5h,水解1h;实验结果表明,醋酸丁酸纤维索的酯化表现为一级连串反应,在本实验条件下,反应的表观括化能Ea=7.92kl/mol,表观反应速率常数k′=7.31×10^-5e^-7920/RT(s^-1)。

Abstract:The esterification of cellulose acetate butyrate was studied using the method of orthogonal design with sulphuric acid as catalyst. The content of acetyl and butyryl was analyzed according to American Standard Testing Method, and the kinetics of the reaction was also discussed here. The results showed that the best reaction conditions were: 10 g cellulose was pretreated for about 12 h under constant temperature, the volume ratio of butyric acid and acetic anhydride was 5 : 1, the reaction time was 1.5 h and the temperature was 70℃, then hydrolysis for about 1 h. Based on the experimental data, the rate constant k of Arrehnius equation was determined, the apparent activation energy was Ea= 7.92 kJ/mol, the frequency factor was k′=7.31×10^-5e^-7920/RT(s^-1). and the kinetic equation was tested by experiment.
