摘    要:1 问题的提出某水泥厂紧邻城市,该厂的φ1.5 × 12 m回转式烘干机主要用于烘干白垩石,且根据工艺条件其产量必须在30t/h以上才能满足生产要求。该烘干机原配的除尘系统为二级除尘,一级采用CLT/A-6 × 5.0旋风除尘器,二级采用水浴收尘器。由于该物料含水量较大,烘干机产量高,废气排放量大、粉尘高、湿度大,实际除尘效果很不理想,除尘后排放浓度仍高达1000mg/m3以上,远远高于国家一类区域小于150 mg/m3[1]的排放标准,同时还存在用水量大,水除尘形成的泥浆处理困难等问题。因此对此烘干…

Abstract:The original dust collecting system in the rotary dehydrator for drying chalk stone is consist of two stages the first is cyclone dust collector, the second is water- bathing dust collector. Due to wet chalk stone, higher yield and powder mote, the density of dust form bleed off stack is still amount to 1000/m3 over the 150mg/ m3 which is the national standard of China (GB4915). In the paper, the three- stage dust collecting system is introduced, the first is sedimentation chamber, the second is cyclone dust conductor, and the last is baghose precipitator. According to the three-stage system, a new dust collecting system in the rotary dehydrator is reconstructed, the density of dust form is lower than 115mg/m3.
