| Abstract: | The paper analyses the problems produced during cutting the tooth profile of ultra-large stand-off involate gear for mills,proposes the method with which it can be distinguished that the standardized gear cutter hob can or can't be used for cutting the gear,and introduces the simplified design method of the gear cutter hob for cutting the ultra-large stand-off gear. |
