| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用基于 ＬＭ６２８芯片的 ＭＣ６２８运动控制器实现全数字交流伺服的体系结构，论述了ＰＩＤ控制器参数对系统的影响，并给出了一种简单有效的数字调节器参数的整定方法。
