Study on the Auto-supervise systems of hoist's Head Sheave under Operation Condition

Based on the fault features of head sheave shafting in hoist, the paper describes that the temperature, replacement and vibration parameters of the sheave's bearing should be adopted the fault supervision and diagnosis technique to diagnose and supervise in line, so that the fault can be found out in time and the sheave safety operation can be guaranteed.
