摘    要:回转窑是冶金、水泥、耐火材料生产中的关键设备,是一种重载、大扭矩、多支点、静不定运行系统。生产中为对它进行合理维护与检修,需要准确掌握它运行时支承载荷的分配。针对回转窑载荷分布和刚度变化的特点,建立静不定梁求解的通用模型和矩阵,分别求得回转窑垂直和水平方向上的支承合力,导出插轮支承力计算的线性公式,通过检测轴线偏差可方便,准确地分析托轮支承力,并给出分析和应用实例。

Abstract:Kiln is the key equipment in the field of metallurgy, cement production and material of fire-fast production. It is a statically indeterminate system with over load, large torque and multi-supporting. The load distribution of rotary kiln in practice is required to know, in order to adjust and maintenance in reason. The general model and matrix which are used to solve the variable-stiffness beam upon complex load for kiln, are established in this paper. The resultant forces of the kiln in vertical and horizontal direction are calculated. The linear formulas for calculating the supporting forces are derived. Accordingly, it is easy to analyze the supporting forces accurately with axes measuring. The analyzing and applying examples are given, and some useful analysis conclusions can be obtained.
