数控加工仿真系统车床试切法对刀策略

摘    要:对刀操作是数控加工前的重要准备工作之一。阐述了一种数控车床试切法对刀的原理及操作步骤,并指出了对刀的实质是在机床坐标系与编程坐标系之间建立联系的过程。分析了试切法对刀的优点及其适用场合,举例论证了试切法对刀的使用效果,可以保证重复加工不乱刀。该方法操作方便、简单易行,界面直观。

Abstract:Tool presetting is an important preparing step for NC machining.The principle and operating steps of tool presetting using trial cutting method on NC lathe are expounded.It is pointed out that the essence of tool presetting is to connect machine tool coordinates with programming coordinates.The advantages and applicable occasion of tool presetting with trial cutting method are analyzed and the effect of this method is demonstrated with an example showing its simplicity and practicability.
