| 摘 要： | 数控刀具作为数控加工技术的重要基础装备之一,为保证制造技术的有效实施起着十分重要的作用。本文作者在大量查阅国内外相关资料的基础上对数控刀具技术的最新进展进行了详细的叙述,包括新型高硬度、高强度的刀具材料,各种类型的涂层技术,新型的刀具结构,新的刀具设计理念与方法以及刀具的装夹方式和与机床的接口技术。

| Abstract: | Cutting tool used on NC machine tools is one of the important facilities in NC processing technology,and plays a vital role to assure the efficient implementation of manufacturing technology.The author describes the latest advances in cutting tool technology used on NC machine tools based on a lot of relevant literatures at home and abroad in this paper,which includes new tool materials with high hardness and strength,various coating techniques,novel tool configurations,modern notions for cutting tool design,tool fixing manner and interface technology with the spindle of machine tool. |
