| 摘 要： | 通过现场检测实验和理论分析，对该楼房结构的可靠性做出了评价，并在此基础上，结合楼房未来的使用要求，对现有楼房存在的隐患提出了结构加固方案；同时对可靠性鉴定过程中遇到的一些问题进行探讨。
