燃机旁路机构阀体装焊工艺方案研究

摘    要:重型燃机旁路机构阀体主体尺寸大、结构刚性差、焊接量大。根据生产情况,不断改进和完善装焊工艺方案。通过采取增加阀体外圆加工余量、90°弧环拼焊等措施,保证了产品质量和生产周期,并力争工艺方案的最优化。

Abstract:The bypass mechanism of valve proper for the heavy duty gas turbine has a large dimension and large welding quantity with poor structure rigidity.According to the actual production status,the assemble welding process has been gradually improved and perfected.By means of increasing the machining allowance of the valve body outer ring and 900 ring welding,the product quality and the production circle can be guaranteed for optimizing the process plan.
