| Abstract: | How to raise mud logging production and management analysis to the level of theory, and make it standardized and routinized, it really needs a lot of work to be considered and studied. In the paper, the characteristics of mud logging production were summarized from six aspects. The management of production in motion, the management of time and efficiency, the management of production team and system, the management of quality, the management of technical analysis and prediction, risk management and etc. were expounded, and the key problems in mud logging production and management were concluded and analyzed as well. |
