摘    要:某330MW电厂锅炉的排渣系统存在漏渣、开裂、磨损等问题。分析这些问题的原因后,设计改造了原金属波纹补偿器。对排渣系统中的易磨损区,设计了新的支护结构,改进了排渣系统各靶区的防磨结构,延长了设备的使用寿命,降低了设备维护费用。

Abstract:There are some problems such as slag leakage,crack,abrasion in the slag removal system of 330MW circulating fluidized bed boiler in a Power Plant.Based on the analysis on those problems,a metal bellows compensator was reformed.And a new kind of supporting structure was also designed for each target area of deslagging system.Through technical transformation,it greatly prolonged the service life of the equipment,reduced maintenance costs and improved the safety coefficient of stable operation for long time.
