| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非语言性沟通在儿科护理工作中的应用。方法选择我院2008年10月至2010年6月的住院儿科患儿128例,采用非语言性沟通方式与患儿进行沟通,自行设计满意度调查表,患儿出院后由其父母填写护理满意度调查表。结果患儿家属对护理技术和服务态度的满意度均达到90%以上。结论非语言性沟通在儿科护理工作中发挥着重要的作用,采用恰当的非语言性沟通方式能够促进和谐的护患关系的形成。
