| 摘 要： | 从管理信息系统出发，结合长钢成本管理特点，介绍了长钢成本核算计算机管理信息系统的程序开发的目的、设计功能、运用MIDAS（分布式数据库）和B／S（浏览器／服务器）构架先进技术进行程序编制、以及在实际应用中的管理实现，初步满足和适应了企业级应用的复杂要求。
